Miso – lemongrass glazed Sea Bass, garlic spinach, wasabi mash and a mango mojo. Privado (Private) area will accommodate 20 guests. For wedding parties of 25 or less, you may celebrate with passed hors d?oeuvres during cocktails while the Fantasia Weddings professional photographer captures your wedding memories. For larger parties, you may want the works, a West Indian and BBQ buffet, open bar and live music. The unique Caribbean Lu-ou wedding reception is complete with live Calypso music where your guests can dance the night away. Their specialty drinks include the Pina Colada, Pain Killers and Bushwackers, you can even design your own personalized wedding drink.
The minimum for a reception buffet is 25 people. There are many different menus to choose from such as West Indian, BBQ and Seafood menu or choose all three for the ultimate ?Caribbean Experience?. Start your reception with passed appetizers such as coconut shrimp with guava sauce, Thai crab cakes with Thai dipping sauce or chicken sautee on a stick with peanut sauce.
The West Indian and BBQ combination includes the traditional West Indian Johnny cakes and plantain (sweet grilled banana), rice and peas, swordfish, grilled Mahi Mahi, tasty BBQ ribs and grilled chicken. From the ocean the menu offers steamed mussels, sea food pasta, lobster tail and Salmon.

A sampling of dishes for a sit down or buffet style dinner can include their house Brushetta or Sherry sea scallops for the first course. The Cellar, offers sit down dinners up to 40 guests and is best described as progressive American and modern seafood cuisine in an eclectic atmosphere. The Room, accommodating up to 80 guests for a buffet or sit down dinner, is sophisticated, elegant and a refined venue.
